摘 要 目的：探讨胸腔注射尿激酶治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液的作用。方法：98例结核性包裹性胸腔积液患者在适量、联合、规律抗痨治疗同时，于胸腔内注入尿激酶20万U。观察胸膜增厚、粘连和胸腔积液量变化情况。结果：胸腔注射尿激酶治疗结核性胸腔积液患者住院时间明显缩短，胸膜增厚、粘连明显减轻。结论：在适量、联合、规律抗痨治疗同时，于胸腔内注入尿激酶可更好地引流胸水，减轻胸膜增厚粘连，疗效显著。
