 摘 要 目的：了解溶血三项试验对新生儿溶血病的诊断及临床价值。方法：严格按照交叉配血实验要求进行操作。结果：279例新生儿溶血病检测，其中O型血63例(23%)，8例阳性(3%)，121例阴性(43%)，87例疑似(31%)。结论：溶血三项试验对新生儿溶血病具有较为准确的诊断意义。
