 摘 要 目的：探讨纤维支气管镜在确诊肺不张的病因类型和发病部位中的应用价值。方法：收治肺不张患者120例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：在120例患者中，引起肺不张的最主要原因是支气管肺瘤，最容易发生肺不张的部位是右侧中叶和左侧上叶。结论：纤维支气管镜能够对肺不张患者进行明确的诊断。
