 摘 要 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将76例慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组各38例，对照组给予西医常规治疗，观察组在西医常规治疗基础上加用自拟方治疗，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能及血气分析情况。结果：观察组有效率明显高于对照组。结论：中西医联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭具有起效快，抗炎持久，标本兼治等诸多优点，是较好的治疗方案。
