 摘 要 目的：探讨在鼻内镜下微波热凝治疗鼻出血的方法和疗效。方法：对98例鼻出血患者在鼻内镜下寻找出血点，用微波热凝后，局部用涂有红霉素眼膏的明胶海绵保护创面。结果：随访6个月，86例(87.7%)1次治愈，8例(8.2%)2次治愈，4例(4.1%)经过其他方法处理均治愈。结论：鼻内镜下微波热凝治疗鼻出血疗效确切，方法安全可靠。
