 摘 要 目的：探讨小儿烧伤后发生腹泻的防治措施。方法：收治烧伤住院患儿342例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：22例患儿发生腹泻，腹泻发生率6.43%。结论：小儿烧伤后腹泻的发生与进食、感染、抗生素应用等多种因素有关，如及时针对病因采取有效预防措施，可有效降低小儿烧伤后腹泻的发生。
