 摘 要 目的：研究分析对于神经内科结核性脑膜炎的治疗效果。方法：收治结核性脑膜炎患者110例，对所有患者根据患者的具体病情给予抗结核、激素、脱水以及促进脑细胞技能代谢药物的治疗。结果：所有患者在治疗之后，治愈有效的患者达到100%，治愈的患者有63例，好转的患者达到47例。所有患者都没有后遗症。结论：根据不同患者的具体病情对患者采取抗结核、激素、脱水等等治疗方法能够有效进行针对治疗，达到提高患者的治疗效果的目的，让患者早日康复。
