 摘 要 目的： 探讨依托泊苷、顺铂治疗小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法：收治小细胞肺癌患者30例，随机分为EP组和CMV组各15例。EP组接受依托泊苷和顺铂治疗，CMV组接受环磷酰胺、甲氨蝶呤、长春新碱治疗。对两组的治疗结果进行比较。结果：EP组的治疗效果要好于CMV组。结论：依托泊苷、顺铂治疗小细胞肺癌效果显著。
