 摘 要 在日益法制化的今天，医疗纠纷不断出现，如何处理好医患关系、加强医患沟通，成为困扰医院和医务人员的主要问题，而这个问题在基层医院更为棘手。通过对医疗纠纷原因及医患沟通技巧进行解析，促进基层全科医生有效地改善医患关系。
