 摘 要 总结88例重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开术后的预见性护理，包括病室护理、口腔及吸痰护理，气管切开护理、卧位及睡眠护理、排便护理等舒适护理。认为精心的预见性护理对减少术后并发症，提高患者舒适度，促进患者早日康复起到了重要的作用。
