 摘 要 近年来，由于影像学技术的快速发展，临床上肾上腺肿瘤的检出率越来越高，其中肾上腺皮质比较常见，良性肿瘤占大多数。关于某些肾上腺皮质激素高分泌性疾病(如原发性醛固酮增多症、库欣综合征)的研究及报导也不断增多，而肾上腺醛固酮瘤(APA)是原发性醛固酮增多症的主要病理类型之一，但在基层许多医务人员对该病缺乏认识，常常造成误诊。
