 摘 要 目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)降钙素原水平和预后的相关性。方法：检测54例CODP急性加重期住院患者的血清降钙素原水平与住院天数、住院总费用的相关性。结果：AECOPD患者降钙素原水平与住院天数及总花费有明显的正相关性。结论：COPD急性加重期患者降钙素原水平可以作为估测患者住院时间、住院费用及预后的参考项目。
