 摘 要 目的：通过分析支气管哮喘患儿发作期的中医证型与临床特征的相关性，为临床治疗儿童支气管哮喘提供理论依据。方法：收治支气管哮喘发作期患儿180例，回顾分析其中医证型与临床特征相关性。结果：痰热闭肺型哮喘是主要的证型，分布具有极大的偏态性，过敏、感染、遗传因素仍是影响哮喘发病的主要因素。结论：支气管哮喘患儿发作期中医证型与临床特征关系密切，值得我们注意。
