 摘 要 目的：探讨老年人糖尿病低血糖昏迷的临床特点及诊治经验。方法：回顾分析收治糖尿病低血糖昏迷老年患者54例临床资料。结果：患者经过对症治疗，好转出院51例，死于低血糖昏迷合并肾脏、心脏功能衰竭3例。结论：老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖原因多，症状不典型，加强糖尿病教育，制定个体化、合理血糖控制目标，预防低血糖症的发生。
