 摘 要 目的：分析手术治疗甲状腺包块的临床疗效。方法：收治甲状腺包块患者85例，均行手术治疗，观察临床疗效。结果：显效61例，有效23例，无效1例，有效率98%。结论：手术切除是治疗甲状腺包块的主要手段，包括甲状腺癌和良性的甲状腺疾病，都应早期采取不同的手术方法治疗。
