摘 要 近年来，慢性病的高发率以及巨大医疗资源消耗引起了全世界的广泛关注，慢性病模式以及患者自我管理的需要已经使得越来越多的医护人员需要在诊治过程中花时间鼓励患者做出行为改变。本文依据焦点解决模式的基本观点，面对患者的医疗需要以及医护人员在实践中的困惑，以焦点解决模式简明易懂的理论说明、清楚明确的晤谈架构、系统条理的问话技巧，为当前提高医患沟通效果提供了一种可以实践的范式。
