摘 要 目的：对小儿麻疹合并肺炎的临床表现进行观察，对护理方法进行探讨。方法：收治小儿麻疹合并肺炎患儿156例，在住院期间给予全面、综合的护理干预，对护理效果进行观察和分析。结果：156例患儿经过积极的护理干预，155例治愈出院，未出现严重并发症，仅1例因病情严重死亡。结论：加强小儿麻疹合并肺炎的护理，能够提高基础治疗的效果，确保患儿早日康复，痊愈出院，意义重大，需要进一步加强。
