摘 要 目的：通过实践研究，说明健康教育对糖尿病患者的重要意义。方法：糖尿病住院患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，通过对比实行系统的健康教育和常规宣教的结果。结果：通过不同时间段、不同记录内容的评比，发现观察组在遵医行为、知识掌握、血糖控制等各方面均优于对照组。结论：健康教育可帮助患者全面了解糖尿病，做好自我管理，有效控制血糖。
