摘 要 目的：食管癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一。手术治疗是食管癌的主要治疗方法，而吻合口瘘是食管癌术后最严重的并发症之一，其发生率平均5%。2012年9月收治食管癌患者1例，术后并发吻合口瘘，通过术前严密观察病情，加强基础护理，落实管道护理、疼痛护理、肠内营养护理和心理护理，患者预后良好。提出重视术前健康教育，早期发现、早期治疗，及精心护理是预防、治愈吻合口瘘的关键。
