摘 要 目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺病合并心力衰竭时血浆B型尿钠肽的水平及临床意义。方法：选择慢性阻塞性肺病患者120例，所有入选者按照美国纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)分级方案将心功能分为Ⅰ～Ⅳ级，同时经2名高年资主治医师确认。采用免疫荧光法测定B型尿钠肽水平，并进行比较。结果：重度心力衰竭组B型尿钠肽水平显著高于轻中度心力衰竭组，心力衰竭与B型尿钠肽水平有较强的正相关性。结论：慢性阻塞性肺病合并心力衰竭时血浆B型尿钠肽水平增高，B型尿钠肽增高的程度与心力衰竭有较强的正相关。
