摘 要 临床上只进行西医常规治疗，患者生活质量仍存在很多问题，因此，在西医常规治疗的基础上，采用真武汤加味辨证治疗心力衰竭，注重改善患者生活质量，生活质量评定平均分值24.14，效率达到34.00%，收效良好。试验避免了只注重疗效，突出体现了中医药治疗的“医(医生)药(药物)人(患者)一体”的整体性、合理性以及人性化特色。

Observation of life quality of patients with heart failure treated with Zhenwu Decoction

Abstract There are still many problems in patients with heart failure treated only with routine western medicine therapy.Based on conventional therapy of Western medicine，we used Zhenwu Decoction to treat heart failure.It can improve the quality of life of patients.The quality of life assessment of average score is 24.14，and the efficiency reached 34%.The experiment did not only focus on efficacy，and highlighting the traditional Chinese medicine“medicine(Doctor)medicine(drugs)people(one patient)”integrity，rationality and humanity characteristics.
