 摘 要 目的：探讨经直肠给药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法：收治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患者42例，对临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：经应用直肠给药等对症处理保守治疗，42例小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎全部临床症状缓解，痊愈出院，门诊随访情况良好。结论：经直肠给药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎效果良好。
