 摘 要 高血压的最终治疗目标是减少高血压患者心、脑血管病的发生率和死亡率。中国高血压的特点是“三高三低”，患病率高、增长趋势高，危害性高、知晓率低、治疗率低、控制率低，因此应针对患者的不同情况，有目的地进行健康生活指导并给予相应的治疗。
