摘 要 目的：了解驻马店市近10年妇女病普查情况，进一步做好妇女保健工作，提高妇女生殖健康水平，为制定妇女病防治措施提供依据。方法：采用常规方法对辖区内育龄妇女进行妇女病普查，并对普查资料进行回顾性分析。结果：近10年来驻马店市妇女病普查率19.06%～29.95%，城市普查率呈下降趋势；妇科病患病率25.25%～42.91%，呈上升趋势。结论：提高广大育龄妇女生殖健康水平是目前妇女保健面临的重大任务之一，应进一步加强和规范妇女病普查工作，提高普查质量和普查率。
