摘 要 目的：分析四手操作在当前口腔科临床不宜开展的相关原因以及改善措施，为四手操作在口腔科临床的推广应用提供参考。方法：随机选取普洱市不同层级口腔医院医护人员50名，分别对四手操作的认知和接受情况、所在医院开展情况，以及未开展的原因等作调查分析，进而提出相应的改善措施。结果：50名受调查者对四手操作的接受率62.0%，不接受率仅14.0%；认知度一般50.0%，非常了解18.0%。结论：应全面分析当前尚不能普及推广的原因，并积极采取相应应对措施，以提高四手操作的普及推广力度，提升口腔科的治疗水平。
