 摘 要 目的：探讨神经外科昏迷患者鼻饲反流误吸的原因与护理措施。方法：收治昏迷鼻饲患者80例，探讨造成患者反流误吸的原因，并给出护理措施。结果：80例鼻饲患者中，发生明显反流10例，可疑反流6例，误吸4例。鼻饲患者反流误吸的发生，与患者的胃管粗细及插入深度、腹胀、鼻饲方式以及卧床体位等因素有很大关系。结论：在对患者的护理过程中，患者反流误吸的现象发生率较高，如果不及时处理，会引起呼吸系统并发症，给患者的健康带来严重威胁，因此，在护理过程中采取科学有效的护理措施非常重要。

 Abstract Objective：To investigate neurosurgical coma patients nasal regurgitation and aspiration causes and care measures.Methods：collect 80 patients with nasal coma analysis approach to explore the patient's reason for regurgitation and aspiration，and give care measures.Results：80 cases of nasal feeding patients，10 cases of obvious reflux，regurgitation six cases of suspected occurrence，the occurrence of aspiration in 4 cases.Nasogastric aspiration in patients with reflux occurs，with the patient's gastric tube insertion depth and thickness，abdominal distension，feeding methods and bed position and other factors have a great relationship.Conclusion：In the course of patient care，patient regurgitation and aspiration of a higher incidence of the phenomenon，if not promptly treated，can cause respiratory complications，the patient's health pose a serious threat，therefore，in the process of taking care scientific and effective nursing is very important.

 神经外科昏迷患者因意识不清、病情危重，无法自行进食[1]，普遍存在着吞咽困难、咳嗽反射能力下降等症状，这类患者的营养摄入采用的是鼻饲流质饮食的方法[2]。在对这类患者的鼻饲护理中，常常发生反流误吸，严重威胁着患者呼吸系统的正常工作。因此，对于神经外科昏迷患者鼻饲反流误吸的原因进行探讨，在此基础上采取有针对性的护理措施，对于预防反流误吸、避免并发症的产生有着非常重要的意义。本文选取昏迷鼻饲患者80例作为研究对象进行分析，现报告如下。

 资料与方法
