 摘 要 目的：探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒对腹股沟肿块的诊断价值。方法：对58例经高频超声及彩色多普勒检查诊断的腹股沟肿块，其诊断结果与手术病理或治疗后复查对比，进行回顾性分析。结果：诊断腹股沟疝39例，超声符合率97.4%；精索鞘膜积液6例，超声符合率100%；隐睾4例，超声符合率100%，腹股沟淋巴结肿大8例，其中良性5例，恶性3例，符合病理诊断率75.0%，病理结果为精索脂肪瘤1例。结论：彩色高频超声对腹股沟肿块中的腹股沟疝、鞘膜积液、隐睾超声诊断准确率高，对淋巴结的诊断敏感性高，但特异性偏低。

 Abstract Objective：To explore the value of high frequency color ultrasound in diagnosis of inguinal mass.Methods：This is a retrospective analysis in 58 patients with inguinal mass to compare the diagnosis results of high frequency color ultrasound and operation and pathology.Results：The final diagnosis of inguinal hernia was 39 cases and the coincidence rate with ultrasound was 97.4%.The final diagnosis of funicular hydrocele was 6 cases and the coincidence rate with ultrasound was 100%.The final diagnosis of enorchia was 4 cases and the coincidence rate with ultrasound was 100%.The final diagnosis of inguinal lymph node enlargement was 8 cases including 5 cases of benign and malignant in 3 cases and the coincidence rate with pathology was 75.0%.1 case of pathological results was spermatic cord lipoma.Conclusion：High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography had high accuracy with the inguinal hernia ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
