摘要 目的：探讨上消化道出血患者的护理方法，提高患者的满意度。方法：总结上消化道出血患者106例的护理体会。结果：通过对患者的精心护理，治愈95例，好转出院7例，内镜下钛夹止血3例，死亡1例。结论：护理人员的密切观察及细致的护理为患者的康复提供了有力的保障。
