摘要 目的：分析探讨对葡萄膜炎合并白内障患者实施超声乳化手术治疗的效果和对血一房水屏障功能影响。方法：收治实施超声乳化手术葡萄膜炎患者126例，随机分为两组，对照组实施常规手术治疗，观察组采用超声乳化手术治疗，对比两组的治疗效果和治疗前后的视力、房水蛋白浓度。结果：观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组。治疗后，两组患者视力水平和房水蛋白浓度明显改善，观察组改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P
