摘要 目的：探讨微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的疗效。方法：收治口腔正畸患者120例，通过比较治疗前后患者上下颌骨变化(SNA、SNB、ANB、Z/Angle)和上下颌牙齿变化(OB、OJ、U1/L1、U1/SN、L1/MP)，分析微种植支抗正畸治疗的效果。结果：经过12～20个月矫治，患者的微种植体稳定，面型良好，牙列整齐，形成稳定的尖窝状交错，无功能障碍，无明显的不适感。结论：对于牙列错合畸形的正畸患者，微种植支抗可以简单、有效地解决治疗中的一些难关问题，显著提高临床疗效，在临床中可以大量推广。
