摘要 目的：分析嵌顿疝形成原因，诊断方法及目前常用的处置手段。方法：收治嵌顿疝患者25例，对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：25例患者中，急诊手术解除嵌顿并进一步治疗7例，手法复位成功18例，择期行经腹膜前法(TAPA)疝修补术10例。结论：嵌顿疝多发于老人、幼儿，其正确的处置时机、处置方法非常重要。
