【摘 要】医学高专学校作为培养基层、社区医学人才的基地，除了给学生提供医学专业知识外，还必须承担对学生开展卫生法律意识培养的重任。通过对医学生的卫生法律教育，提高他们的法律素质。使他们在正确的法制观念和较强的法律意识下，熟悉自身工作中潜在的法律问题，从而依法行医。
