【摘 要】目的 探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌破裂出血的临床效果和意义。 方法 收集我院近8年来收治的16例TACE治疗原发性肝癌破裂出血的资料，分析疗效。 结果 肝动脉化疗栓塞止血满意，并发症少，能有效地延长患者生存期。 结论 对于失去根治切除机会或不能耐受手术的原发性肝癌破裂出血的患者，可首选TACE方法。
