摘要：本文通过患者接受吻合器行痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)，比较静脉麻醉、骶麻、联合阻滞麻醉在PPH手术中的麻醉效果与优越性。将患者进行分组，分别观察他们的围术期BP，SPO ，HR的变化以及在手术过程中麻醉所产生的效果，手术中的牵拉反应情况和手术后所带来的并发症。最后将三种麻醉方法在PPH手术中的效果进行比较，讨论出它们各自的优缺点，在以后的手术过程中，争取能够选择更好的麻醉方法。尽量减轻手术给患者带来的疼痛以及医生在手术过程中的麻烦。
