摘要：为了减少骨质疏松症患者椎体骨密度下降对骨钉界面咬合强度的影响，有效解决骨质疏松条件下椎弓根螺钉固定强度的问题。本文对近些年来国内外学者在这方面的研究进展进行综述。

 The research progress of strengthening the stability of pedicle screw under the osteoporosis conditions

 Abstract：In order to effective solve the influence of osteoporosis patients (OP) with the low vertebral body bone mineral density for the joining strength between the surface of bone and nail. This article will review the related research in the aspects studied by the domestic and overseas scholars in the past recent years.
