摘要：目的：探讨食管静脉曲张经内镜治疗的效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2011年12月59例行食管静脉曲张套扎治疗的肝硬化患者资料。结果：59例患者均急性止血成功，近期再出血3例(5.9%)，远期出血4例(6.8%)。结论：内镜下套扎治疗食管静脉曲张止血效果好，并发症少，复发率低。
