摘要：通过用锁骨钩钢板治疗法对28例肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的患者进行治疗，并在采用Lazzcano标准对上述患者进行术后评定，发现患者术后恢复良好，2个月左右后就可进行无痛自由活动，因此，锁骨钩钢板治疗法对肩关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折有着非常好的治疗效果。

 Abstract:Byusingclavicularhookplateinthetreatmentof28casesofacromioclavicularjointdislocationanddistalclaviclefracturesweretreatedwithLazzcanostandard,andinthepatientswithpostoperativeevaluation,foundthatpatientsshowedgoodpostoperativerecovery,afterabout2monthscanbepainlessfreeactivity,therefore,clavicularhookplateinthetreatmentofmethodofshoulderjointdislocationanddistalclaviclefractureshasverygoodtherapeuticeffect.
