摘要：目的：分析结核菌/艾滋病病毒双重感染加速结核病流行的主要因素,旨为控制结核病的流行提供依据。结果:无症状HIV感染者是重要的传染源。人体感染了HIV病毒后，HIV病毒造成T细胞(CD4+T细胞)、重要的细胞因子和巨噬细胞中任何一环节发生障碍，导致机体对结核杆菌免疫功能下降，结核杆菌大量繁殖引发结核病,加速了结核病流行。近十年由于艾滋病的流行,我国结核病防治规划登记的结核病患者数量增长了4倍[1]，HIV与结核菌(tuberculosis,TB)的双重感染是一种致死性的结合模式,全球TB疫情的死灰复燃,其中一个重要的原因就是艾滋病的流行[2]。结论:无症状HIV感染者或艾滋病人数量的增加是加速结核病流行的主要因素之一。因此，预防和控制HIV感染者或艾滋病，可以减少结核菌/艾滋病病毒双重感染者的发生，是控制结核病加速流行的重要依据。

 Abstract:Objective:analysisofTB/HIVco-infectionacceleratetuberculosisepidemicfactors,forthepurposeofcontrollingtuberculosisepidemicsprovideabasis.Results:asymptomaticHIVinfectionisanimportantsourceofinfection.ThehumanbodyinfectedwiththeHIVvirus,virusHIVcausedbyTcells(CD4+Tcells),importantcytokinesandmacrophagesinanylinkoccurrencedisorder,causeoftuberculosisdecreasedimmunefunction,masspropagationcausedbyMycobacteriumtuberculosisTB,acceleratedthetuberculosisepidemic.InlasttenyearsduetotheAIDSepidemic,ChinatuberculosiscontrolprogramregistrationnumberofTBpatientsgrew4times[1],HIVandMycobacteriumtuberculosis(tuberculosis,TB)ofthedoubleinfectionisalethalcombinationofglobalTBepidemicmodel,astirringamongthedrybones,oneoftheimportantreasonsisthattheAIDSepidemic[2].Conclusion:asymptomaticHIVinfectionoraidstheincreasednumberofaccelerationisoneofthemainfactorsoftuberculosisepidemic.Therefore,thepreventionandcontrolofHIVinfectionorAIDS,canreducetheTB/HIVdualinfectionoccurs,istheimportantbasistoacceleratetheprevalenceoftuberculosiscontrol. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
