摘要：统计分析是运用统计方法与分析对象有关的知识，从定量与定性的结合上进行的研究活动，是整个统计工作中的重要组成部分，在医院管理中发挥着巨大的作用，也是医院制定计划、发展战略与规划的主要依据。
