【摘要】目的:探讨股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板对老年粗隆间骨折的治疗效果。方法应用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折40 例，进行术中观察及术后随访。结果36 例术后经10～ 16 个月随访，骨折全部愈合，无并发症，功能评分：优29 例，良5 例，优良率达94.4%。结论:老年粗隆间骨折常合并骨质疏松,大多为粉碎性骨折，应用股骨近端解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗此类疾病, 具有操作简单、损伤小、固定牢靠等优点,并能减少老年患者的并发症,具有良好的临床应用价值。

【abstract】objective to explore anatomical proximal femoral locking plates for elderly thick type between the therapeutic effect of avalon fractures. Method： proximal femoral treat the old type locking plate anatomy of intertrochanteric fractures are 40 cases, intraoperative and postoperative follow-up observations.
