【摘要】目的:探讨2-5岁新疆宝宝大隐静脉穿刺成功相关性的研究及护理对策。方法 随机选取哈巴河县人民医院门诊输液2～5岁患者300例作为观察组，头皮静脉穿刺组及其他静脉穿刺组2～5岁患者病例各300例作为本次研究的对照组。 结果对于2-5岁宝宝来讲，大隐静脉穿刺明显优于头皮静脉及其他静脉穿刺。选用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行统计。结论 通过调查及大隐静脉技术实践操作，表明此方法穿刺成功率较高，以减轻宝宝的痛苦，家长的担忧。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the 2-5 old Xinjiang baby saphenous vein puncture success relationship and nursing countermeasures. Conclusion through investigation and saphenous vein technology practice shows that this method is successful puncture rate is higher, to alleviate the baby's pain, the concerns of parents.
