 【摘要】 本文总结并报告了8例老年人工耳蜗植入患者的围手术期护理，主要内容包括患者的术前听力及言语评估、术前专科护理准备、术前心理疏导护理、并发症的观察及护理对策、及出院康复护理,达到了配合医疗新业务、新技术的拓展和提高了老年人生活质量的目的。

 【Abstract】 Here in this paper, we reported the procedure of nursing care during cochlear implantation peroperative period in 8 aging patients with severe sensorineural hearing loss. The nursing care of cochlear implantation peroperative period included the preoperative evaluation on hearing level and speech,the preoperative nursing preparation for the otolody operation,the preoperative psychological care,the observation of complication as well as its nursing treatment, and the rehabilitation nursing care after the discharge from hospital.The main objective of this study was to improve the quality of life for the aging patients with severe sensorineural hearing loss and to match the carrying out of new medical occupation and technique ......
