【摘要】 目的:通过一起亚硝酸盐食物中毒的调查分析，总结经验 ,避免此类食物中毒事件的发生。方法流行病学调查、临床诊断、实验室检验(用盐酸萘乙二胺法检测样品中的亚硝酸盐含量)。结果在剩余食物及中毒患者的呕吐物中均检出亚硝酸盐。结论 本次食物中毒为误食亚硝酸盐引起的食源性急性亚硝酸盐中毒。

【Abstract】 Objective Through the investigation and analysis of nitrite poisoning, to sum up experience so as to avoid such food poisoning incidents. Methods Epidemiological investigation, clinical diagnosis, laboratory analysis. Results The nitrite was detected from the remaining food and the vomitus of the poisoning patients. Conclusion This is a dietary acute nitrite poisoning accident, due to the incorrect use of nitrite.
