 【摘要】 目的;探讨一种减少癌症患者化疗引起口腔炎的护理干预模式。方法 将564例癌症化疗患者随机分成对照组和观察组，各282例。对照组按肿瘤化学治疗护理常规进行护理，观察组除按肿瘤化学治疗护理常规进行护理外，同时实施综合护理干预。结果 观察组患者口腔炎发生率明显降低。结论 综合护理干预可有效减轻癌症患者化疗性口腔炎及其相关症狀。

 【Abstract】 Objective This article is to discuss a way of nursing intervention for taking precautions against to the chemotherapy stomatitis Methods : Adopting statistics random sampling,dividing the 564 chemotherapy stomatitis cases of cancer patients into two groups,comparision and observation,the comparision is nursed in the conventional way of tumour chemistry treatment and at the same time,the observation is implemented by nursing intervention besides the conventional way .
