 【Abstract 】 objective to explore the effective patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding nursing methods and nursing way. Methods 68 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with ordinary treatment and nursing care in strengthening the foundation of psychological guidance, perioperative, cooperate closely, postoperative close observation and nursing. The results through closely monitor, timely to medicine, good food, psychological care, 68 patients achieved good care and treatment effect. Conclusion patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding the treatment process, clinical nursing observation is the scientific basis for clinical diagnosis.
