【摘要】目的:通过分析老年慢性病患者心理特点，并根据这些特点采取针对性的心理护理措施，以达到良好治疗效果。方法 对2010年7月——2011年7月本院社区卫生服务中心收治的老年慢性病患者，在实施临床治疗和社区康复的过程中，把临床治疗与心理诊疗结合起来，分析患者心理特点，并根据其心理特点采取相应的护理对策。结果 发现276例老年慢性病患者因病情多变，心理状态也常出现反复，主要表现为焦虑、恐惧、孤独、寂寞、失落、抑郁、自卑、偏执、敏感 。结论 通过认真分析老年慢性病患者心理特点，实施因人而异的护理对策，满足不同老年慢性病患者心理需求，对疾病康复有着积极的促进作用。
