【摘要】目的:观察湿润烧伤膏防治新生儿红臀的护理疗效。方法 采取随机分组法将两组NICU住院新生儿分为观察组和对照组。观察组在常规处理基础上使用湿润烧伤外涂，对照组仅仅做常规处理。结果 在观察的第3天和第5天，观察组发生红臀情况分别是2.98%(2/67)和5.97%(4/67),而对照组则分别为18.46%(12/65)和23.08%(15/65)。结论 对于NICU住院新生儿，在处理新生儿便后，常规使用湿润烧伤膏外涂肛周皮肤，可有效地预防新生儿红臀的发生，而且具有操作简单，疗效显著的特点，值得临床护理中推广实用。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the nursing effect of MEBO on preventing& treating red buttocks of neonatus. Methods:Patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and the control group.Both groups were given the routine treatment.The treatment group was added MEBO on the based of on routine treatment .Results: The red buttocks rate is 2.98% on the third day ,and 5.97% on the fifth day in treatment group ;it is 18.46% and 23.08% in the control group. Conclusion: MEBO can prevent redbuttocks of neonatus. The treatment is simple and effective, worthy of clinical application.
