【摘要】目的:探讨不同分娩方式对产后泌乳量的影响。方法:回顾分析我科收治的240例产妇临床资料，根据分娩方式分为剖宫产组和自然分娩组。记录两组产妇均进行疼痛程度、泌乳时间。结果:分娩对机体造成的创伤，及疼痛程度均会影响泌乳。结论:建议在无产科手术指征时采取自然分娩方式，并且产后加强疼痛管理，减轻患者精神压力有顺利泌乳及增加泌乳量。

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss different ways effect postpartum lactation. Methods: Retrospectively analyze 240 pregnant women with caesarean section or normal labor to divide into two groups. Measure the level of pain by VAS and lactation time. Results: The labor would cause body hurt and pain could affect lactation.
