【摘要】目的：提高对艾滋病机会性感染尤其是肺部感染临床表现的认识。 方法：回顾性分析62例艾滋病合并肺部感染患者的临床表现及胸部X 线表现。 结果：62 例艾滋病患者肺部感染临床表现的共同特征为：发热，乏力，消瘦，盗汗，咳嗽，吐痰，全身疼痛等。其中结核病患者39例，占总数的62.9% 。其余为肺部感染。这些患者同时伴有皮肤感染和心、肝、肾等多系统损害。 结论： 肺部感染是艾滋病最常见的机会性感染，其中结核感染最多见，是患者就诊、入院和致死的最重要原因之一。了解艾滋病合并肺部感染的临床特点及影像学特征，对艾滋病患者的早期诊断、早期治疗具有重要的意义。

 【Summary】Purpose:Increase of opportunistic infections of AIDS, especially knowledge of clinical manifestations of lung infection. Method: Retrospective analysis of 62 cases of pulmonary infection in AIDS patients with clinical manifestations and chest X-ray. Result: 62 cases of pulmonary infection in AIDS patients is characterized by the common clinical manifestations: Fever, Fatigue, Thin, Night sweat, Cough, Spitting, Body pain.
