【摘要】“风为百病之长”，是指风邪具有善行而数变，易载邪气侵袭人体的特性，在肺系病发病因素中起重要作用，而咳嗽变异性哮喘作为一种特殊类型的哮喘，发病率逐年增加，中西医辨证辨病又有所交叉，给临床治疗带来一定不利影响，本病若失治误治，可演变为典型哮喘，危害极大。本文旨在通过临床研究，发现祛风法在本病中的重要性，以指导临床治疗。

 【Abstract】“Feng” is the critical factor in most part of disease,it means the Feng have the ability to change itself variously and it can easily carry the other nosogenesis to people .This characteristic play a great role in etiopathogenesis of lung diseases .what’s more ,CVA as a special type of asthma,the incidence increased year by year and meanwhile the ifferentiation and identifying diseases between TCM and Western medicine have the cross,lead some adverse effects to the treatments.If we treat the CVA as the wrong way,it can evolve into the typical asthma. Through our clinical study, we found it is important to get rid of Feng in CVA’s treatments and it can guide others medical staff to help the CVA.
